Fredrick is a seasoned and accomplished leader with over 40 years of experience in both military and defense industry organizations. He served in the U.S. Army for 25 years in a wide variety of command and staff positions, retiring as a Colonel. He has held several commercial industry leadership positions, including the role of Vice President, Business Development, Sales and Marketing. He has a proven track record of driving significant business growth and revenue expansion. Fredrick’s expertise includes developing and executing business development and sales strategies across various global organizations, delivering numerous multi-million dollar programs. Throughout his career he has demonstrated a strong track record of driving revenue growth, identifying and capitalizing on new markets and business opportunities; developing go-to-market sales strategies across a wide spectrum of industries and market segments; and planning and directing all activities to successfully drive business growth. His expertise also includes, contract negotiation, client relationship management, contract negotiation, financial and risk management. Fredrick’s education includes degrees in B.A, Psychology, The Citadel; M.S., Strategic Studies, US. Air War College, and M.S, Administration, Central Michigan University.
